The Story

Marketing had a data problem, so I brought mine to it

Before NexGen, I worked in BI — spent years finding the actual reason behind a number, not just reporting that it changed. When I moved into marketing, the gap was obvious: agencies run campaigns and report “engagement” without ever asking why a customer actually said no. That’s not a marketing problem. It’s a data problem wearing a marketing costume.
